Siam Premier represented Frontline Engineering (FLE) on its IPO

Siam Premier represented Frontline Engineering Public Company Limited (FLE), a water management solutions provider and equipment distributor, on its successful IPO and listing of 100 million newly issued shares in the Industrial Products sector on the Market for Alternative Investment on 1 September 2026.
 

Siam Premier partner, Siripun Kriangwattanapong, together with senior associate, Pornpilai Kosolprapha and associate, Suwida Henwongprasert (all pictured) were delighted to assist FLE and attend the listing ceremony together with FLE’s management team, financial advisor and underwriters at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
